I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a wonderful balcony overlooking the Rhein, even though the room was smaller than expected. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and even organizing a bath tub for our 2-year-old baby. The location was ideal for exploring the city on foot, and the dining experience, although correct, could be improved. The facilities provided added convenience to my stay.
